Mr. Ruscetti is the President and Chairman of the Board of Harvest Financial Corporation as well as memeber of  Ruscetti Wealth Advisors. During a career spanning four decades advising clients, Frank has acquired a vast knowledge of the investment markets. This long experience has been invaluable to Frank's clients, as well as, Harvest Financial Corporation.

For over thirteen years, Mr. Ruscetti co-hosted the Saturday Morning and Wednesday drive-time talk show "It's Your Money" on 1320 AM WJAS and 1410 AM KQV. The show provided an opportunity for people to call in and have their investment questions answered.

Mr. Ruscetti graduated with a Bachelors Degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1971. After a short time as an associate with a C.P.A. firm, Mr. Ruscetti started his career in the investment business. Prior to joining Harvest Financial Corporation, Frank served on the Board of Directors of two New York Stock Exchange member firms. At various times these firms entrusted Mr. Ruscetti with the responsibilities of branch manager, special products officer, sales manager and Treasurer. Frank and Rita, his wife of over 30 years, are the proud parents of two sons.
