To further his financial services industry education as well as business in general, David is a former President of the Pittsburgh Stock and Bond Association and served on its Board of Directors for over a decade until 2017. In 2007, David successfully completed the rigorous FINRA Institute at Wharton Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional™, (CRCP™) program. This is a three-year classroom and exam program through the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania is designed to train and test the knowledge of compliance, supervisory, and managerial professionals from around the Financial Services industry as well as regulatory examiners from FINRA and other state and foreign regulatory bodies.
Earlier in his career, David, co-hosted the radio show "It's Your Money" on 1410 AM KQV. The show provided commentary on investing and the opportunity for listeners to call in and have their investment questions answered.
David is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh where he earned a Bachelor of Arts. He has worked with Harvest in various capacities for over a decade. Additionally, Mr. Ruscetti spent time with Merrill Lynch's Private Client Group in New York City. He currently resides in Richland Township with his wife Amy, three children, and their Chocolate Lab Ruby.
